World Cup final in 3D

Malaysians will be among the first in South-East Asia to watch the World Cup final at 2.30am Monday morning in 3D.
Astro chief operating officer Henry Tan told reporters that Astro B.yond customers will enjoy the World Cup final in 3D.
“I believe this will add more excitement to football fans’ viewing experience,” he said.
To start the ball rolling Astro had invited the media to a 3D live telecast of the semifinal game between Holland and Uruguay on Wednesday morning.
The event was held at La Bodega in Bangsar Shopping Complex Kuala Lumpur, and a dozen large-screen LCD TVs were placed in strategic spots of the restaurant.
For Astro B.yond subscribers to enjoy the 3D experience they must have the sports package and a 3D LCD TV with the special spectacles.
